Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You may request a refund for your FlowSub Pro subscription if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 3 calendar days of the subscription start date (or renewal date).
- Your account has used less than 3 hours of transcription content during the current billing period.
If either condition is not met, the subscription is non-refundable for that billing period.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@flowsub.ai from the email address associated with your FlowSub account. Please include:
- Your account email address
- A brief reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
3. What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved:
- Your Pro access is revoked immediately
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan
- The refund is returned to your original payment method via Stripe
- Any subtitle files and transcriptions you generated are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after 3 calendar days from the subscription start or renewal date
- Accounts that have used 3 or more hours of transcription content
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the refund policy
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (contact the reseller directly)
5. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Your Pro plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining time.
Requesting a refund cancels your subscription immediately and returns the payment for the current billing period, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page in your dashboard.
